1. Which protocol does the PDI interface conform to?

>> Supports Type A, Type B, and Type C of the MIPI DBI specification Version 2.00.


2. What bus-width options does it support?

>> Supports all the bus-width options (8-/9-/16-bit data) for Type A and Type B.


3. What are the different data packing options supported?
>> Supports 3bpp, 12bpp and 18bpp data packing options.


4. Can I use DMA for PDI data transfers?

>> Yes. A single DMA transfer is limited to 1024 words. So, for a single frame data write/read, the user may have to do multiple DMA cycles.
