Summary: gas test has regression for 2010r1-rc1 rpm

Details:

gas test has regression for 2010r1-rc1 rpm. These cases pass in trunk.

Bellow two tests fail in gas test.

FAIL: bfin expected_errors

FAIL: bfin line_number

Bellow is the detailed log:

Follow-ups

Functionally, this is fine. The assembler's producing the right error - except

that now it's introduced as "parse error" rather than "syntax

error". We're looking into where this came from (and I'm wondering whether

it was down to a difference in flex/bison components).

having rebuilt the packages with a newer version of flex, we are now getting:

expected_errors.s:103: Error: syntax error. Input text was B.

instead of:

expected_errors.s:103: Error: parse error. Input text was B.

which is correct.  this will be resolved in the build for RC2.

OK in 2010r1 branch.

Close it.
