Hallo everyone,

 

i have the following problem with the linker.

 

 

 

/opt/uClinux/bfin-uclinux/lib/../bfin-uclinux/bin/ld.real: cannot open linker script file /opt/uClinux/bfin-uclinux/lib/../bfin-uclinux/bin/../lib/elf2flt.ld: file or directory not found

 

make: *** [standalone]error 1

 

 

 

can anybody tell me , how can i fix this.

that file should exist and if it doesnt, you probably did not install the toolchain correctly.  please delete everything and re-install after reading the documentation:

i do reinstall the toolchain, and now i am getting another error.

whatever you're compiling did it wrong.  EM 3 is your host machine.

that depends completely on the package you're building.  read the build output and find out where it is incorrectly running the host compiler (`gcc` or `cc` or ...).

Hallo,

 

thank you for your help.

 

the problem was that the outputfile depends on two o-files which were compiled with host compiler, and i tried to compile the output with the cross-compiler ( target compiler ).

 

now i recompiled the c-files with the crosscompiler, and it is getting better.
