I am trying to build the toolchain on my Windows XP machine under Cygwin so I can cross compile on the Windows machine.

I am trying to checkout the branch with:

$ svn checkout svn://blackfin.uclinux.org/toolchain/branches/toolchain_09r1_branch toolchain

Every time I try the checkout I get the following error:

svn: In directory 'toolchain/kbuild_output/usr/include/linux/netfilter_ipv4'

svn: Can't open file 'toolchain/kbuild_output/usr/include/linux/netfilter_ipv4/.

svn/tmp/text-base/ipt_TCPMSS.h.svn-base': No such file or directory

I read one post that said it might be a case sensitivity issue so I turned on case sensitivity in Cygwin with:

c: /c some_fs binary,posix=1 0 0

in fstab

Plenty of space on the disk also.

Any ideas what the issue is?

Thanks,

Greg

Cygwin is not supported to do blackfin Linux development. Please use colinux in windows instead.

i dont think the case sensitivity issue does exactly what you think it does.  that error only shows up when case handling is broken.  use a real OS.
