Hi,

Today for the first time I tried to transfer an u-boot.ldr to a new board using the Windows precompiled version of bfin-linux-uclibc-ldr (from blackfin-toolchain-win32-2009R1.exe). However, it doesn't seem to like my FT2232H-based serial adapter:

$ bfin-linux-uclibc-ldr.exe -v -l -b 115200 uart.ldr-8340 /COM2

Loading LDR uart.ldr-8340 ... auto detected LDR as 'BF537' compatible format

OK!

Opening /COM2 ... OK!

Configuring terminal I/O ... OK!

Trying to send autobaud ... OK!

Trying to read autobaud ... Failed: Invalid argument

The error appears immediately after starting the tool, independent of the state of the DSP in the target board.

Any ideas how to get around this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Kolja

the 2009R1 release didnt contain support for the FT2232H support.  can you try using the 2009R1.1 release instead ?

Indeed, the bfin-ldr from 2009R1.1 works with our boards! Thanks, Kolja
