When the Blackfin processor PPI is used for video, do the unused pins have any alternate functionality?

A:

 

All unused PPI pins can be used as GPIO pins. The PPI data bus width can be selected via the PPI control register, and those pins which are not selected can be used as GPIO pins.  For details regarding each pin's use, see the appropriate Data-sheet and Hardware Reference Manual.
