SW13 position 2 needs to be turned

OFF and position 6 ON.

Yes, it can detect the first time after reset the uboot, but fails to detect it

again.

This issue is duplicated with

[#4794] u-boot will hang at scanning bus for usb devices if start usb twice.

 

And seems no solution now.

Other platform also have this issue, like:
