good news is that isnt a Blackfin problem.  any board where (CONFIG_ENV_SIZE

< CONFIG_ENV_SECT_SIZE) is no longer working with parallel flash.

since the bf548-ezkit and bf561-ezkit both use top boot flashes, i relocated the

env from being embedded to the last small sector.  both run fine for me now.
