Precision Studio's Signal Chain Designer is meant to be used with LTspice as part of a design flow. Signal Chain Designer is a tool that enables fast exploration of parts and architectures. With the built in selection tables, parts can be swapped in and out to try many schematics quickly. If you don't want to build circuits from scratch, there are a number of starting examples and even recommended signal chains on Analog Devices product pages.

You can also catch design bugs early with Signal Chain Designer's numerous warnings and error flags. This includes warnings for input/output range issues, impedance loading problems, and whether the amplifier chosen is suitable to drive the ADC. Once you are happy with your circuit in Signal Chain Designer, the LTspice schematics will be drawn for you with the "Export to LTspice" Function. This provides AC, Noise, and Transient testbenches for further verification. The design can then be further customized in LTspice.
