There are several options to return to the LTspice legacy (pre-LTspice 24) look.
Legacy Icon, legacy keyboard shortcuts, and backgrounds are all available in Settings.
Settings > Operation > Toolbar Style > Legacy
Settings > Operation > Keyboard Shortcuts > Restore LTspice Classic Values
The legacy default background is also available via
Settings > Operation > Background Image
