LTspice won't launch on Windows 11 - Core Ultra 7 255H, exits silently with no error

Question

Windows 11 build 26200, Core Ultra 7 255H, installs fine, nothing happens on launch, not visible in Task Manager, exit code O from CMD, tried both "Install for me" and "All users", tried VC++ redistributable, no Defender quarantine, no Event Viewer errors

 It is likely a mismatch between where LTspice expects to find libraries, or the .ini is corrupted, or there is an old LTspice.ini lurking, etc. My recommendation is to uninstall LTspice using the installer. Then, find all LTspice.ini files and delete them. You can hide backups of the ini around if you have a lot of settings. Reinstall LTspice, but use the "Server" option. Then, be sure to log into Windows as the user who will be using LTspice. I.e., if you were logged in as admin and installed, but you will be logging in as Myself when you use LTspice, make sure you are logged in as Myself. Then, run LTspice. LTspice will unzip the libraries into your local Myself/appdata/ folder and will create a new .ini. This has worked for others with a similar problem.
