LTspice won't launch on Windows 11 - Core Ultra 7 255H, exits silently with no error

Thank for the reply, though despite doing exactly as you told it doesn't seem to work still.

I searched for ini files in the entire C drive and after a while 2 came back in results

I removed them and then did a fresh download and install but it doesn't not launch at all and similar behaviour in system as described in original question.

Hmmm. OK, let's get a verbose install log. Here's how, copy this in the command line, and change paths as appropriate:

msiexec /i "<Path to>\LTspice64.msi" /L*v "<Path to>\MyAppInstall.log

And we can go from there.

Once installed, see where it puts the LTspice.ini file. It should be in /appdata/roaming/ I believe.

yes found two .ini files directly in the Roaming root: LTspice.ini (9KB), LTspice_20260618_083042.ini (1KB). Attaching the verbose install log as well.LTspiceLog.txt

OK, I'll look through the log. What previous versions of LTspice did you have installed, if any?

there was one updated on june 14th and then on june 17th 

i tried these two and none opened

therefore i downloaded ltspice xvii and currently on that only.

Thanks. Somewhat counterintuitive, but we do find most problems with LTspice installs are related to fact it is a new machine. Did you migrate anything from an old machine?

No, i have not migrated any data at all.

It's a fresh install of windows right out of the box and whatever programs and softwares been installed on it are as i needed them by downloading from internet.

Anyway, trying to track this one down.
