Can I simulate LT83402 output noise spectrum density using tran and FFT?

Question

I ran LTspice trasient simulation (.tran 0 1m 900u 0.1n) using .options plotwindsize=0 numdigit=15 trtol=0.1 chgtol=1e-16 vntol=1e-9. 
 And applied FFT to transient simulation output result. 
 However noise flower in FFT plot is much higher than I expected (from datasheet noise spectrum density plot) 
 Can I use LTspice transient simuation and FFT fot noise density simulation?

 A transient simulation will not produce a good representation of real noise for an SMPS . Lab results are the best indicator of how the solution will perform, assuming well-produced boards, filtering solutions, etc. 
 The filter feature of LTpowerCAD can help somewhat in designing output filters to reduce conducted emissions.
