No, it's the voltage at the FRA device, as the text says. If you have it connected to the output, then it would mean Vout, of course.

I connected to this position. So the common-mode voltage shown in the red box of the Fra setup wizard is the output voltage ,right? 

Another question, this is &1. I want to know what its function is?  what is different between @1 and &1？

Yes, output voltage is the common mode voltage in your case.

As for the FRA probe ("&1"), please refer to our excellent help that covers this in great detail.
