Restoration of top Menu

Assuming you are asking about the keyboard shortcuts.

Did you have custom shortcuts and you want to restore those?

If so, and you saved your shortcuts to a file, you can restore those: Help > Keyboard Shortcut Cheat Sheet > Edit Keyboard Shortcuts > Load from File…

Or, did you just use the legacy shortcuts?

If so, you can restore those: Help > Keyboard Shortcut Cheat Sheet > Edit Keyboard Shortcuts > Restore LTspice Classic Values…

The problem seems to have resolved itself i.e. the menu items at the top are back and not greyed out.
