missing semiconductor device operating points

Hello,

I don't get any semiconductor device operating points information like gm, ft etc. when I do a .op simulation. In an older version that I happen to have it works as expected.

On the left is the older version, on the right 24.1.5

How can I get the semiconductor device operating points to show up in the log file?
