Hi!
I'm using the .fra analyzer to get the output impedance of my power supply. I have selected the Impedance vs Frequency option. the .fra analyzer modulates the current as would be expected. However, for some reason the plot displayed at the end says "gain"??? It also seems like the phase is attempted to be extracted? What's going on? It seems the magnitude is about correct for the impedance of the system, but it's definitely not labelled correctly.

Thanks,
Ethan
Hi EGoldste ,
This does look buggy. I'm able to reproduce it; and your assessment appears to be correct. We'll see if this can be fixed in the next version.

Hi EGoldste ,
This appears to be a bug added in LTspice 24.1. As you deduced, it is plotting the correct gain data, but the default axis labels are wrong. We are fixing this now, but for the time being, there is a quick workaround:
Right-click the axis:

and you will see the Left Vertical Axis dialog:

Choose Linear, just leave the other settings alone
Click OK. The left vertical axis will now show impedance.

Likewise, right-click the right vertical axis and click Don't Plot Phase.
And, you can right-click the "Phase margin not found… " text and click Delete this Text
All should look normal and correct.
