Dear Analog community,
I try to simulate a MAX809 with LTSpice 24.0.9
With the most simple circuit, it runs but it throws me an error (see log in the attached zip).
However, if I try to simulate a more complex design, simulation is a lot slow.
Can you help with this error ?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Bonjour
Je cherche le fichier pSpice pour le MAX17227AATA+T. Pourriez-vous m’aider s’il vous plaît ?
Merci d’avance.
Hi Lucio10 ,
This forum is for LTspice questions and requests, and you have posted in reply to an unrelated thread.
Although you should post this particular question as a new question in the Power Management forum, I don't believe we usually satisfy Pspice model requests. Sorry I can't help you more.

Hi Pascal06 ,
Yeah, looks like that is not a well-formed model, using some non-physical components to produce the desired results. I'll look into it.

Hi Pascal06 ,
It looks like the model generally performs as the datasheet indicates the part should work, except I think the assertion should be released after 140ms, not 64ms? The errors would be helpful to a modeler to improve the model.

Hello MStokowski
I hope you're doing well ?
Sorry for this late reply.
Indeed, as stated in the datasheet it should be deasserted at 140ms.
If you look at the simulation below (I just used the same model as the one I used in November 2024) it is deasserted at 92.68ms
