I'm simulating the effects of temperature variation of the AD8615 configured as a TIA. Does the LTspice model embody the typical or min/max characteristics of the device (e.g., input voltage offset)? I would like to understand if my simulation results represent a typical device or the worst case scenario in terms of response to temperature variation.

    Devices are normally modeled to represent most of what is represented on the datasheet, this includes offset (min/max), Temperature variance, Thresholds, current limits, etc.
    

    Models are referenced from its datasheet; hence, the response of the simulation will definitely be as expected by its performance as stated in the datasheet.
