Hi,
I am new to LTspice, but I recently simulated a simple circuit with the new version of LTspice 24.0.12 and I got quite different result with the previous XVII.
I tried to perform .AC simulation with the 24.0.12 and I got below pic, the gain is going up from around 20khz.

It is not the same with the simulating of XVII, here I also attach the pic of XVII . With the same schematic, the gain is going down from around 20khz in XVII.

I have no idea why this happen. Could anyone help me? Appreciate for it.
Here is the .asc file .InvertingAmplifierCircuit.asc
Hi Kenso ,
I understand your concern, but we had already ceased any support on the LTspice version XVII, the updated models are already on the latest version which is v24.
As much as I want to address this concern, trying to investigate in XVII is not practical as we don't update the contents of those anymore.
The results you are seeing on v24 is the updated version as per checking with its revision history.
Best Regards.
Earl
It is worth noting that the difference between these two plots is in the range of 0.05% or less. So it is not what I would call "quite different". It's a tiny fraction of a decibel. A little different, yes, but you might need to squint to see it, except that the plots are zoomed in on the range where there is very little change.
Another way is you can change the range of the Y-axis so that both plots are of the same scale, then you would notice that "small" difference in the plots.
But, again, to reiterate, please refrain from using the LTspice XVII version as the support for this version has ceased already.
Best Regards,
Earl
Thank you for the answer.
