I had moved this to the LTspice Forum as this relates to LTspice Models / LTspice concern.

Regarding your concern, I've checked the queue on the models to be created and noticed that there are no request yet for a model to be created for this part. You can always communicate with the assigned Field Applications Engineer of this part to raise a ticket for a model to be created for this part.

If you do know the Applications Engineer or the Marketing that is handling the product of your concern, you can always ask them to raise a ticket for an LTspice model to be created for this product.
