Strange interaction between a 'Duplicated' circuit and the original part. Altering one version affects the other drastically.

Category: Software
Product Number: LT24

I can't just spot what is going here. I took a data sheet example of a parallel LM317 regulator and using the 'Duplicate' function copied the circuit to alter some details.

Long story short. If you run the original Parallel LM317 attached file you get an output voltage of 16.3 volts. If you run the file that has been duplicated (attached) then the output voltage of the left hand part is either 16.3 volts (as it was in the original) or 11 volts if for example you make R14 a 1000 ohm. I've also been informed the circuit will not run as a .op on the previous versions of LTspice.

Alter R14 to 1k and it affects the left hand side. After further investigation it seems 984 and 985 ohms for R14 are the actual points the interaction starts.
