Yes, there are several options to return to the Legacy look.

Legacy Icon, legacy keyboard shortcuts, and backgrounds are all available in Settings.

Settings > Operation > Toolbar Style > Legacy

Settings > Operation > Keyboard Shortcuts > Restore LTspice Classic Values

The legacy default background is also available via
Settings > Operation > Background Image

No problem. Good to hear. Note, if you have saved any custom shortcut sets (from 17.1.x) based on the legacy set you can bring those in.

As of version 24.0.12 it is moved to Tools/Settings/Schematic/Keyboard Shortcuts
Most importantly we can create our own now... 

As of 24.0.12, reverting the toolbar is under Tools/Settings/Operation/Toolbar Style
