LTSPICE model for MAX4007 or DS3920

Question

I am trying to use MAX4007 or DS3920 for photo-diode current monitoring and providing the bias voltage. However, I want to model using LTSpice before make my design choices. I wonder could someone please help me find a SPICE model for these models or models for parts similar to this?

 Here's what I received from our internal team. 
 
 I found the spice model for MAX4007 but DS3920 no result. 
 If DS3920 spice model is still needed, I will ask Model Team to develop one, it may take a while.
