I am using LTSpice 17.1.8 to work on a design for LT6106 with a P-CH switch to enable High/Low current measurement.
Low Current is 8uA to 200uA. High is 3mA to 400mA.
Output of each is 0..2.5VDC in to 10K load.
The lower range does not seam to work. Calculated Values:
Current | RSense | Vsense | Rin | Rout | Vout | Cout | V10K | Circuit VDC |
0.000008 | 1000 | 0.008 | 499 | 11000 | 0.176353 | 1.60321E-05 | 0.160321 | 1.38 |
0.00001 | 1000 | 0.01 | 499 | 11000 | 0.220441 | 2.00401E-05 | 0.200401
0.000015 | 1000 | 0.015 | 499 | 11000 | 0.330661 | 3.00601E-05 | 0.300601 | 1.49 |
0.00002 | 1000 | 0.02 | 499 | 11000 | 0.440882 | 4.00802E-05 | 0.400802 | 1.58 |
0.000025 | 1000 | 0.025 | 499 | 11000 | 0.551102 | 5.01002E-05 | 0.501002
0.00003 | 1000 | 0.03 | 499 | 11000 | 0.661323 | 6.01202E-05 | 0.601202 | 1.77 |
The simulation is not even close.
When the P-CH is off the Low Current is being measured.
Also the real circuit VDC does not get the calculated values.
High Current seams to be working in LTSpice.
Moved and added product number.
