LT Spice component attributes for digital parts

Question

Hi. I am using a counter part from the Digital library but need to know what the "Value" parameters are. I found a some help and have used "cycles=4" for the first "Value" parameter and it works. However, the output is 1V and I would like to change that if possible. 
 Are there a general list of the Value parameters or as a minimum - are there a parameter I can use to change the output level?

 You can try Vhigh=0.5 for example. Vlow is the parameter for the low side level on the other hand.
