TCK401G LTspice Model

Question

Does anyone have a LTspice model of TCK401G? The one for Pspice can't run on LTspice due to errors 'can't find definition of model "D"' and "Dbreak."

 Pspice and LTspice are 2 different spice simulator. There is no guarantee that a model made for either simulator will work on another.
