Hi Param ,
Can you also share the "EPCGaNLibrary.lib" file?
Also, for additional reference, please check on the following tutorial video on how to add 3rd party models.

Thanks.

Hi paul
I tried to add .lib file here, But it says "the file or URL is invalid"
BTW I downloaded that file from EPC website.
Hi Param,
Please check the attached simulation files.
Buck Converter with EPC GaN FETs.zip
I was able to use the EPC GaN FETs in ADI's LTC7891 Synchronous Step-Down Controller for GaN FETs.
(see details of the LTC7891 here: LTC7891 Datasheet and Product Info | Analog Devices)
What you need to keep in your project folder are the
1. EPCGaNLibrary.lib
2. EPCGaN.asy
3. Simulation file (*.asc)
(#1 and #2 extracted from the EPCGaNLibrary folder)
From here, you can insert the EPCGaN.asy in your circuit design by doing the step below.
Type here any of the EPC GaN FET names from their lib file.
II randomly selected EPC2052 and it works.
