    I'm running an LTspice transient simulation on a circuit with about 30 components.
    

    The circuit contains a 455kHz IF transformer with an audio-modulated signal that's passed on
    

    to a diode detector and then post gain to drive a set of headphones.
    

    The simulation stalls out after about 3ms.
    

    When I take out the two 100 MHz opamps, ADA4805s, and replace them
    

    with two 1 MHz opamps, AD795s, the sim runs to completion.
    

    (But the slower opamps don't provide the desired THD.)
    

    I've varied the SPICE parameters over a wide range but the simulation continues to stall out.
    

    Can anyone provide an explanation or some suggestions?
