Problem with 5-pin HISIMHV1.2 (level=73) model

Hello, I tested a little bit, so now I have a question: why these almost identical subcircuits gives the different results?
This works good:

This doesn't work:

The only difference is different pin names, I changed tj to t1, t1 is different from name of pin name inside subcircuit, and it creates problem.
But I thought that only pin order matters, not name of node inside of subcircuit, its name should be invisible to outside circuit, but seems it doesn't work this way.
I suppose that there is some problem with 5-node mosfet model, because by default MOS models have 4-pin.
But sometimes it works, so maybe it is a bug?
