of the resistor so that it can supply at least 20μA when the RUN/SS pin reaches 2.5V", I assumed that the threshold…
The LTspice is a highly efficient simulation tool. The LTM8032 model will not exactly match the real part, especially during start up.
So do not expect the same soft start waveform.

I tried this and am also seeing a different response.
