• I can provide you my circuit diagram.. refer below fig. In the schematic of attachment, for all the time  Vout of INA118U various from -1V to +1V  and getting 5Vdc at 9th pin of AD537JH.

Please read the AD537 datasheet carefully.  The  input voltage (of the AD537, i.e. the output voltage of the In-Amp) must be converted to the proper drive current at the input pin by selecting an appropriate scaling resistor.
