Dear community,
I try to use the SOAtherm-HeatSink model in LTspice with my NMOS model. But there seem to be several changes in the use of the thermal models. So I'm not sure how to use them correctly.
My question is: can I use the function "Label Net", name the labels after my mosfet case connections (tc#q1, ...) and connect them via wire to the Tc junction of the SOAther-HeatSink?
