When LTpowerCAD generates an "Iout Avg. Current Limit" curve, is it the nominal minimum or maximum that is given

The tolerance on the Isense threshold of the LTC7800 is quite wide and I need to be sure that I can supply my load current at Vin max with as low a short circuit current as possible at Vin min.
