Windows can't detect the ADI camera. DS4 is on blue. What's the problem？
Thank you for your reply. In fact, I have tried the solution you mentioned before, but it doesn't work. I use the dragonboard 410C to interact with the ADI evaluation board, and I burn the official image again, but it still doesn't work. I don't know where there are still problems. I look forward to your suggestions. Thank you.
I'm confused. Why do you suspect that something is wrong with I2C?
The output that you have attached look OK but it's the output of config_pipe.sh.
Could you please run the aditof-demo? And check if it's working? If not, please post the output here.
I saw that you mentioned here: Camera board connection issue - Q&A - 3D ToF Depth Sensing - EngineerZone (analog.com) that you have the same problem. Indeed, it looks like the EEPROM is not accessible by your system.
Have you tried all those debugging steps that were mentioned in that conversation?
I tried these methods above, but didn't work. The information ouputs just as this website ez.analog.com/.../camera-board-connection-issue.I'm sorry, English is not my mother language, I hope you can understand my words.
