Windows can't detect the ADI camera. DS4 is on blue. What's the problem?
Sometimes the camera fails to be visible on Windows. It helps to reboot the camera while keeping the USB cable connected to the PC. Other thing that you could try is to make sure no USB hubs exist between camera and PC.

Thank you for your reply. In fact, I have tried the solution you mentioned before, but it doesn't work. I use the dragonboard 410C to interact with the ADI evaluation board, and I burn the official image again, but it still doesn't work. I don't know where there are still problems. Does it work when you run aditof-demo directly on Dragonboard 410c?

The output that you have attached look OK but it's the output of config_pipe.sh.
Could you please run the aditof-demo? And check if it's working? If not, please post the output here.
