But we are using 850nm VCSEL instead of 940nm in our board.What would be the expected changes specific to 850nm VCSEL?Does the firmware differ for 850nm VCSEL? On the AD-96TOF1-EBZ the lens has a 940nm bandpass filter. You'll have to replace the filter or the lens to match the new frequency.

In the firmware there isn't anything specific to the VCSEL frequency, but since the VCSEL was changed it is recommended to re-calibrate the system to get the best performance. Does it mean the ISATG timing program is common for both 850nm and 940nm VCSEL?
I have the same question as I am interested in swapping out the laser with some customized source. Is there any instruction on hwo to program the ISATG?
Yes, the ISATG timing program is common for the two wavelengths.
