Hi,I have already referred the following query ez.analog.com/.../335984 about increasing the depth range of AD-96TOF1-EBZ board.And also from the following linux user guide page github.com/.../user_guide.md , i have observed below statement while explaining the current depth range, "When in a certain operating mode the system will measure distances outside of the mode's range but those will not be accurate."Can you please explain in detail the changes required both in hardware design and firmware/software to support 10m depth range?It will be helpful , if you share any detailed documentation.

The range of the system can be extended by increasing the optical power, which depends on a number of factors:
- number of VCSELs
- VCSEL field of illumination - a narrower field of illumination will help with increasing the range. This needs to be correlated with the receiver lens filed of view, the rule of thumb being that the receive lens FoV must be less than 90% of the VCSEL filed of illumination.
- VCSEL pulse count - the ADDI9036 generates the pulses that drive the VCSELs. Increasing the pulse count will increase the energy of the light emitted by the VCSEL and will help extend the range
Is there a hard limit on the maximum range can be attained, if the power of the VCSEL is not the limit here?
