Hi,
Using the datasheets I was able to identify the FSYNC, and am attempting to wire on an external trigger to the ADTF3175 evk. Obviously the ADSD3500 then needs to be set to high-impedance mode on the FSYNC. When I use adsd3500SetToggleMode(2) this does stop the device from self-triggering, but it does not seem to be set to a high impedance mode which allows the FSYNC to be driven high separately. As discussed in https://wiki.analog.com/resources/eval/user-guides/eval-adtf3175x-adsd3500. Is there something I am doing wrong? What would be the effect if I cut the FSYNC line to the adsd3500 altogether?
