Is 3V sufficient on pin DVDD_I/O(3.3V)_1 or we need atleast 3.3V

Question

My supply is providing 3V at DVDD_I/O(3.3V)_1 and DVDD_I/O(3.3V)_2 pins of AD9910 IC. 
 But I'm not receiving required output. So is 3V sufficient or we need atleast 3.3 V at these pins for efficient operation.

 I believe it is sufficient. But performance for the part won't be guaranteed. So, it would be best to use the 3.3V at these pins.
