      Are you referring to an IBIS model? If so, apologies but we currently do not have one for AD9851. Although AD9850 has one but I could not confirm whether they're compatible to your application, but I can see that AD9850 and AD9851 have differences in terms of sample rate, maximum Iout, AD9850 has integrated PLL, and differences in power consumption. So, I think it is safe to say that they're not compatible. 
      

      However, if you really need it, you can contact your local Field Application Engineer and have it requested for you.
