No signal on SYNC_CLK pin

Question

Hello everyone! Please help me to solve this issue! 
 I have my own pcb with ad9910. I have signal on REF_CLK pin, the issue &icirc;s that on SYNC_CLK pin &icirc;s no signal and the write on registers &icirc;s not working. Epad &icirc;s connected to gnd, EXT_PWD pin &icirc;s connected to gnd. What else can I check?

I solved the issue, Ext_pwd isn't connected to gnd. Now, with this connection I can make write registers)
