Is it possible to replace AD9952 for AD9951?

You're right. The only difference between AD9952 and AD9951 is the comparator. And yes, it is possible to replace AD9952 for AD9951.

But let me confirm one point.

In case of the replace of AD9951 on board to AD9952, the output of the comparator will be connected to GND directory. Is it OK in this situation?

The main purpose of AD9952 having a on-chip comparator is to support clocking applications that require high slew to help reduce phase noise and jitter. One way to not use them is by setting the comparator power-down bit CFR1[6]=1, the comparator will be turned off to save on power consumption.
