AD9914评估板连接及调试

Category: Hardware
Product Number: AD9914/PCB,Z 8
Software Version: AD9914_15_Setup_v1.0.6712.17746_DotNetClient

  • Hi  ,

Sorry I had to use Google Translate for this one. Correct me if the translation is wrong:

I have an AD9914 evaluation board and want to complete preliminary debugging through the GUI. Make connections according to the AD9914/AD9915 Evaluation Board User Guide and enter a clock of 500M-3500M, voltages of 1.8Voltage and 3.3Votalge. After completion, the module was connected to the computer, but the lower right corner of the GUI still showed that it was not connected, and the spectrum analyzer did not respond as it should. I would like to ask where the debugging problem lies?

I may have few things might be worth checking:

    1. May I know if your computer detected the board? It might be that it was detected as a board but just needs to reprogram EEPROM. Here the link for the software.

    2. Just making sure if you have used the PC mode when controlling the board.

    Jumper Settings for Communication Modes

    For PC control (factory settings)

    1. Set jumpers P203, P204, P205 to Enable.
    2. Install jumpers P105, P202, P205 to Enable.
    3. Set jumpers IOCFG0 to IOCFG4 to 1000.

    For external control

    1. Set jumpers P203, P204, P205 to Disable.
    2. Control the AD9914/AD9915 via external header connectors.

Just let me know if either of these worked.

    All the best,

    Jules
