Is it possible to create a quadrature oscillaion optput from two AD9833. I need changable quadrature signal, sine and cosine. What is the solution?
I have seen this:
Synchronizing Multiple AD9850/AD9851 DDS-Based Synthesizers Application Note (AN-587) (analog.com)
But AD9833 does not contain W_CLK and FQ_UD.
You may want to take a look at AD9106 that is closer to AD9833 in terms of interface, power consumption and package size.
I can't change my device(IC), I'm forced to use AD9833.
In that case you can use two AD9833 sharing the same MCLK and SPI. Initialize one of the chips with 90° phase shift. At the timing of writing the frequency word, assert both CS at the same time so that they will start playing the waveform simultaneously.
