AD5930 Latency

Hi!

I'm thinking to use AD5930 as a FSK modulator. To do so, I would like to know its latency and if is possible to use it this way. The carrier frequency is 7MHz and I'm planning to use a 30MHz master clock.

The AD5930 was designed to generate a frequency sweep...

For a FSK I'll recommend the AD9838 or AD9834... regards,

Im sorry but we do not have a single chip solution in the low power DDS portfolio.

You will need to use two DDS in your application.

I need a single DDS chip to generate FSK for transmission and frequency sweep for receiving. Do you have a recommendation?

Hi,

why you are not using a part like the AD9834 for the modulation?

At first I thought to use AD5930 because I also need a frequency sweep.

But now AD9834 is the most probable to be used in modulation.

I'm not designing yet, just researching components to prepare a basic block diagram.
