I am using AD9915 evaluation board. I have noticed that SCLK pin when FUNC pins are set for serial programming is high by default. When I connect DIO to the signal pin and the ground of the EVAL board and output pulse it never goes logic low. I did the same with SDIO pin which is low logic by default and it seems working. I just used tee to observe on oscilloscope what am I supplying to the signal pin.
Is there a way to make SCLK signal pin logic to be low by default? Or how do you go around this?
Thanks in advance.
In the evaluation board, there is a buffer between AD9915 and the microcontroller. You can disable first the buffer, in your case it would be U202, so that the microcontroller would not contest the signal to be low always high. I hope this helps.
Thanks a lot for the response. This solved the problem!
