I am about to use the AD9957 in QDUC mode. An important parameter does not seem to appear in the chip's datasheet.
What is the temperature coefficient of the output DAC current source ? I mean, typically a 10k resistor programs a 20 mA full scale output. If this resitor is ideal, what would be the 20 mA variation over, say, a -10 to +70 °C temp range ?

Unfortunately, the full-scale output current of the AD9957 was characterized only at 25°C.

Thank you for your answer. I understand the temp. characterization have not been performed, yet I think that from the chip design (structure and features of the reference, bandgap ?) some temp. coef. can be estimated.
