Can the AD7746 operate at 70MHz for soil sensing?

For high-precision soil sensing applications, we recommend sigma-delta/charge-balancing technologies such as the AD7746 and AD7747. However, these devices are not suitable for operation at 70 MHz, as their performance is limited by the excitation frequency.
