Why does the AD74115H show a high supply alert status when the charge pump is enabled, even though the AVss voltage is at the expected negative level?

When the charge pump is initially enabled via software, there is no voltage at AVss, causing the status alert bit to be high because it doesn't meet the required negative voltage threshold. This status alert remains high even after enabling the charge pump, as it latches to the previous condition. The status bit only goes low when AVss is supplied by a specific power source. To resolve this, you need to manually clear the status alert bit after enabling the charge pump.
