Can we use Internal VREF of MAX22531 as voltage source to measure temperature via thermistor etc.?
Answer:
Yes, we can use Internal VREF as voltage source for measurement form sensor like thermistor etc., but the reference voltage must be buffered to avoid loading effects on VREF source. Please refer Typical Application Circuits on page no 35 of MAX22531 Datasheet MAX22530-MAX22532.pdf (analog.com).
Note: Designer may contact Analog Devices to know the exact current source capability of inbuilt reference if there are no characterization data available in the datasheet.
